It’s time for the first annual Takin’ it to the Streets Classic Car Cruise-In, Street Fair, & 5K Walk/Run hosted by Infotech Enterprises, Inc., Advanced Media Partners, LLC, and The Illinois Valley Striders, benefitting The Children’s Home Association of Illinois!

When & Where

This event takes place from 12-9 on Friday, June 22nd beginning with live music from American Idol contestant Jackie Lawson, an acoustic set from local musician Nathan Taylor, and Patrick & Swayze for evening entertainment from 6-9. There will be food vendors, a beer tent, games, a silent auction, a car show at 4:00p.m., and a 5K walk/run on a fast, flat course will take place at 6:00p.m.

The event site and race start are at 8001 N University on the property of Infotech Enterprises, Inc. and Advanced Media Partners, LLC. 8001 N University is near the corner of University and Pioneer Parkway behind Walgreens.
