Stacey's Healthy FoodsPreparing healthy meals at home can be a real challenge with today’s busy lifestyle. Let us do all the work for you without messing up your kitchen! Every week you’ll enjoy 21 freshly prepared meals including fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. All you have to do is heat and eat – and some meals don’t even require heating. Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 days. Meals are calorie and portion controlled. We take the guesswork out of eating right since we serve what health and medical professionals recommend one should eat. Every item on our menu serves a nutritional purpose to make up a well-balanced diet.

Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meal plan is available in two different calorie portions – either 1,200 or 2,000 calories per day (Calories include recommended fat-free milk). Week 1:  I started SSHE last Monday (9/24) and today (10/1) was my first weigh in.  I was pretty pumped when I was down 8 pounds…8 pounds in one week! Heck yeah!  The nicest thing is that I don’t have to worry about anything!  I pick some  milk up from the store and everything else is delivered right to me!  Thanks for supporting me on this journey and hopefully, if you are in the same boat and want to lose some weight you will see…if I can do it, you can too with the help of SSHE!

 

Week 2: Another few pounds lost! Yay!  Im down over 10 pounds now.  It’s been very easy to stick to the plan because the food is actually food that tastes good!  I look forward to my weekly meals to see what I am having and I love that it is all prepared for me all I have to do it heat it up.  SO much more tasty than the frozen meals you get at the store and less sodium.  The best part is…I’m almost to the point where I need new jeans!

Week 3: Well, this definitely is a journey!  And this week, I held the same.  I had to be put on an oral steroid and that may have something to do with it, but I am definitely not discouraged!  So ready to see my family’s faces when I walk in for Thanksgiving dinner down from where they saw me last!  I really like being on SSHE not only because of the convenience but also the food is really good.  Today for lunch I had a Caesar salad with a banana muffin and it was so yummy! Dinner tonight, I’m thinking the turkey tetrazzini sounds good!  Here’s hoping that another 2 pounds come off next week!

Week 4: Ok, another not so good week!  After having a repeated health issue that caused me to have to be on both oral and injected steroids I ended up gaining a half pound this week, but you know what…everything is better now and I’m healthy and losing!  It’s real life and this was a real issue that I had to get taken care of.  So this did prove to me, with all that my body went though and I only gained a 1/2 pound, Seattle Sutton’s really is working for me!  I’m looking forward to seeing what this next week brings!

Week 5: Yay, I lost another pound!  I love when that happens!  You really need to look into Seatle Sutton if you are needing or wanting to lose too!

Week 6: Oh, I messed up my weight loss this week!  I promised on this journey to be 100% honest with what I was doing.  This weekend I realized how much alcohol can make you gain!  I went out on the town Friday and to a open bar wedding Saturday and it made me gain this week!  I am not happy with myself about this so no more going out for me while I’m on this plan!

Week 7:  I LOST 5 POUNDS this week!  Wooohooo! This proves if you stick to plan, it really works!  I encourage you to find out more about SSHE if you are ready to change for the better!   Next week is Thanksgiving and Im looking forward to NOT being in a food coma all weekend!

Week 8: Down another pound!

Week 9: So this week after Thanksgiving, I was down 4 pounds making my total loss in 9 week 17 pounds!  Woooo Hoooo!!!  I’m telling you, if you stick to the meals you will lose!  If you are trying to lose, contact them for more information!

Week 10:  Shame on me…and my best friends from back home!  Ok, I know it’s not really their fault that we parties a little to hard in Peoria this last week causing me to gain a pound.  You are able to have some adult treats on this plan, but I was not smart about it causing me to go back up.  That little bugger will come off this week!

Week 11: Yay!  I’m down 2 pounds this week…even with the company Christmas party! Now…even with a little bit of a gain last week, Im still down 18 pounds!  Wooooo Hoooo!

Week 12: How awesome, the week before Christmas and I’m down an additional almost 4 pounds!  Now down a total of 22, I am so excited!  People are telling me they see a difference, I have had to get new jeans because they were all to big, and I feel better too!   Because of Christmas and New Years and Seattle Sutton’s preparation facility being off for the holiday’s I will be off the plan for two weeks.  I cam excited to get back on track on January 7th and finishing out the next three weeks of my end endorsement strong!   Happy Holidays!

Week 13: After two weeks off the plan because of holidays and traveling I stepped back on the scale. I put 1.5 back on but I know that will come right back off.  How do I know this? Because I have seen the success that I have while I am on the Seattle Sutton plan!  Here is to hoping that 1.5 plus some come off next week!

Week 14: Back down another 2 pound…new jeans here I come!

Week 15: Another successful week.  I am now down a total of 24 pounds and feeling so good!  I started back in a gym and that on top of Seattle Sutton, I cannot wait for the weeks to come!   I am in a wedding June 15th, and another August 17 and being focused on that helps me!  I want to be the hot bridesmaid, and I’m looking for a date :)

Week 16: +.5 of a pound…I’m human.  Now I need to take off that half pound and then some!

Week 17: Wow that is an awful picture! lol!!! This was a great week!  Down 4.5 pounds!  Wow that’s almost a sac of flour!  Im now down a total of 28 pounds.  Im amazed at how much more energy I have and how great I feel!

Week 18: Well first off that picture proves I need a tan!  Second off, I lost another pound this week!  Down 29 total now!  Even had to get new jeans again!

Week 19:  Stayed even this week.  I think my body hates me right now because I have been super sick.  Damn Midwest Winters!  Hopefully whatever “crud” this is will go away soon and I can have another stellar week!

Week 20: Gained…:(

Week 21: Lost 5.5!  Finally went over the 30 threshold!  I am now down 33 pounds and it feels fantastic!

Week 22: Stayed even this week.

Week 23: Another week of staying even.

Week 24: Grrrr, I could pinch myself…HARD. I went off plan for a weekend of fun and ended up gaining. It’s interesting to me that with Seattle Sutton I know portion control and what to have as a good choice, yet I decided to stray. It is my own fault and I am only human.

Week 25: Yay! I lost 2 1/2 pounds this week!

Week 26: What a great week! I lost 4 pounds and I’m feeling great!

Week 27: Down over 8 pounds this week…wow! If that doesn’t prove SSHE works, I don’t know what will. Join me in getting healthy this summer!!!!

Week 28: Up a little this week. One thing that being on the Seattle Sutton plan has taught me is to not get discouraged! Get back on track and you will be just fine!\

Week 29: Lost 2 this week! See I told you, don’t get discouraged!!

Week 30: YES!!!! I am so HAPPY to report that I once again am down this week and now have hit a total down of 40 pounds! I am so very thankful to Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating for their help and support on this journey! I still have a bit to go but man do I feel fabulous with that 40 off! I’ve tried to lose before but this has really helped me!!

Week 31: Another 2 pounds gone! Woooooooooooooo whooooooooo! I am in my friend wedding this weekend and I had to have 12 inches taken in on the dress. What a feeling! I had a goal of being down for her wedding and I more than succeeded that goal!
